Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A spectrum licence must include a condition that radiocommunications transmitters not be operated under the licence unless the requirements of the ACMA under Part 3.5 for registration of the transmitter under that Part have been met.
(2) The condition may exempt radiocommunications transmitters of particular kinds from meeting those requirements.
