Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The procedures determined under section 60 apply, so far as they are capable of applying, to re - allocating spectrum licences under this Division in the same way that they apply to allocating spectrum licences under Subdivision B of Division 1.
(2) To avoid doubt, subsection (1) of this section does not prevent or limit the variation, in accordance with subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 , of procedures determined under section 60 of this Act.
