Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Part 2 of the Schedule sets out the procedures to be followed for determining the compensation payable for:
(a) resuming the licence or the part of the licence; or
(b) publishing a pre - acquisition declaration that is revoked before resumption of the licence, or the part of the licence, takes place.
(2) If an amount of compensation is determined under those
procedures to be payable to a person, the Commonwealth must pay that amount to
that person, together with the amount of interest payable under section
94.
