RESERVE BANK ACT 1959 - SECT 25NN

  (1)   The Governance Board must hold such meetings as the Board determines are necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.

  (2)   The Chair of the Governance Board:

  (a)   may convene a meeting at any time; and

  (b)   must convene at least 4 meetings each calendar year.
