RESERVE BANK ACT 1959 - SECT 9

  (1)   The Bank has 3 Boards:

  (a)   the Monetary Policy Board (see Subdivision B); and

  (b)   the Payments System Board (see Subdivision C); and

  (c)   the Governance Board (see Subdivision D).

  (2)   The Governor is to resolve any disagreements between the Boards.
