Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The annual report prepared by the CEO of the NHMRC under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 must, in addition to the matters set out in section 83 of the National Health and Medical Research Council Act 1992 , include details relating to the operations of the NHMRC Licensing Committee.
(2) The NHMRC Licensing Committee must give written details relating to its operations to the CEO of the NHMRC for the purposes of subsection (1).
