REFERENDUM (MACHINERY PROVISIONS) ACT 1984 - SECT 129

Marks on ballot papers

    Except as authorized by this Act, a person shall not make any mark on a ballot paper that has been issued to another person.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 6 months or 10 penalty units, or both.
