Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Identity card , in relation to a person who is an
authorised person in relation to a provision, information or a matter for the
purposes of this Part, means a card issued to the person under section
35 by the relevant chief executive in relation to that provision, information
or matter.
