Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a copy is given to a person under subsection 110(3) subject to conditions, the person, and any other person who has possession, custody or control of the copy or a copy of it, must comply with the conditions.
(2) A person who intentionally or recklessly contravenes this section commits an offence punishable on conviction by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 6 months.
