Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The rules must provide for or in relation to the testing and inspecting of road vehicles and road vehicle components for compliance with national road vehicle standards.
(2) The rules may provide for or in relation to the issuing of
advisory notices advising that a specified thing is not a road vehicle.
