Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The rules may, in relation to approvals granted under this Act, provide for or in relation to the suspension or revocation of such approvals in circumstances where the holder of such an approval is liable to pay a cost - recovery charge that is due and payable.
(2) To avoid doubt, subsection ( 1) does not limit the rules from providing for or in relation to other circumstances in which approvals granted under this Act can be suspended or revoked.
