Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary may remit or refund the whole or part of a cost - recovery charge that is payable or paid to the Commonwealth if the Secretary is satisfied there are circumstances that justify doing so.
(2) The Secretary may do so on his or her own initiative or on
written application by a person.
