Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere a person has, by virtue of an application made by him or her under section 71 of the superseded Act, been granted rights of pension under that Act of the kind referred to in that section and the person has not, before the commencing day, ceased to be an employee for the purposes of the superseded Act, the provisions of this Act shall apply to and in relation to contributions payable by him or her under this Act, and to any benefits that may become payable to or in respect of him or her under this Act, with such modifications as are determined by CSC having regard to the contributions (if any) being made by him or her under the superseded Act immediately before the commencing day and the rights of pension granted under the superseded Act.
