STUDENT ASSISTANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 10B

  (1)   The debts under this Part are:

  (a)   ABSTUDY SSL debts; and

  (b)   accumulated ABSTUDY SSL debts.

  (2)   To avoid doubt, debts that arise under section   39 are not debts under this Part.

  (3)   To avoid doubt, nothing in this section affects section   7B (about the relationship of this Part to the ABSTUDY Scheme).
