Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a corporate plan that is given to the Minister by the Board under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
(2) The Minister may, by written notice given to the Board:
(b) request the Board to revise it for the reasons set out in the request.
(3) The Board must:
(a) comply with the Minister's request to revise the plan; and
(b) give the revised plan to the Minister for his or her approval.
(4) The plan comes into force on the later of:
(a) the day on which it is approved by the Minister; or
(b) the first day of the period to which it relates.
(5) A notice given under subsection ( 2) is not a
legislative instrument.
