SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE ACT 2008 - SECT 134

Changes to approved school system determinations--decisions on new member proposals

    The Minister must:

  (a)   approve the proposal; or

  (b)   refuse to approve the proposal.

Note:   The Minister's power to approve the proposal is subject to section   135 (prerequisites for new member proposals).
