SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE ACT 2008 - SECT 78

SES scores--decisions on change proposals

    The Minister must:

  (a)   approve the proposal; or

  (b)   refuse to approve the proposal.

Note:   The Minister's power to approve the proposal is subject to section   79 (general prerequisites for change proposals).
