Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, in writing, approve an amendment of the * Compliance Scheme (being an amendment developed by the * Compliance Committee or the Minister) if, and only if, the Minister is satisfied that the Scheme as proposed to be amended would be consistent with section 49.
(2) If the Minister approves an amendment of the * Compliance Scheme, the Minister must, by legislative instrument , determine that the Compliance Scheme is amended by the amendment that has been approved. The determination must:
(a) set out the amendment in full; and
(b) specify the day on which the amendment is to come into
force.
