Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, in writing, appoint a body corporate (including a company incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 ) to be the Slot Manager.
(2) The appointment is to be for a specified period not exceeding 3 years.
(3) The body corporate must be one that the Minister considers
has, through its members or employees, a good understanding of aviation
generally and of the issues involved in slot allocation processes.
