Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) No action lies against the * Compliance Committee for or in respect of any loss or damage caused by the Compliance Committee doing something that is within the Compliance Committee's functions.
(2) Subsection (1) does not cover loss or damage that is wilfully or negligently caused by the Compliance Committee.
(3) In this section, a reference to the Compliance Committee includes a reference to a member of the Compliance Committee acting as such a member.
