(a) is payable at the same rate or rates and in respect of the same period or periods as would be applicable in the court of rendition; and
(b) is recoverable to the extent that the judgment creditor
satisfies the court in which proceedings by way of enforcement of the judgment
are taken as to the amount of the interest.
