Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An application for the grant, variation or transfer of a launch facility licence must be made in accordance with the rules.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the rules may provide for the lodging of documents at times worked out in accordance with the rules.
