SUPERANNUATION (PRODUCTIVITY BENEFIT) ACT 1988 - SECT 7
Employers to pay interim benefit for their employees
An interim benefit that is payable in respect of a person is
payable by the person who was, immediately before the benefit became payable,
the person's designated employer.
