Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person shall not insult, hinder, obstruct, molest or interfere with a person exercising a power or performing a function under this Act.
(2) For the purposes of an offence against subsection (1), strict liability applies to the physical element of circumstance, that a person is exercising a power or performing a function under this Act.
