SNOWY HYDRO CORPORATISATION ACT 1997 - SECT 13

  (1)   This Subdivision applies to loans to the Snowy Mountains Hydro - electric Authority that were made by the Commonwealth.

  (2)   In this Subdivision:

"loan" includes any amount owing by the Authority to the Commonwealth.
