SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST ACT 2001 - SECT 49

  (1)   The Trust may engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Trust.

  (2)   The consultants are to be engaged on the terms and conditions that the Trust determines.
