SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 - SECT 131FD
Protection from liability--provisions do not limit each other
The following provisions do not limit the operation of each
other:
(b) section 131FB;
(c) section 131FC;
(d) section 58 of the Australian Prudential Regulation
Authority Act 1998 .
