Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA provision of the governing rules of an eligible rollover fund is void to the extent that it is inconsistent with:
(a) the obligations that apply to a trustee of the fund under section 242K; or
(b) the obligations that apply to the directors of a corporate trustee of the fund under section 242L.
