SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993 - SECT 29JD
Breach does not affect validity of issue of superannuation interests etc.
A breach of section 29J, 29JA or 131DD does not affect
the validity of the issue of a superannuation interest or of any other act.
