SPORT INTEGRITY AUSTRALIA ACT 2020 - SECT 68E

    The CEO may disclose protected information if:

  (a)   the information relates to an athlete , support person or non - participant ; and

  (b)   public comments have been attributed to or based on information provided by :

  (i)   the athlete , support person or non - participant ; or

  (ii)   a representative of the athlete , support person or non - participant ; and

  (c)   the disclosure is for the purposes of Sport Integrity Australia responding to the comments.
