SPECIAL PROSECUTORS ACT 1982 - SECT 11

  (1)   A Special Prosecutor shall be paid such remuneration and allowances as are determined by the Attorney - General.

  (2)   An office of Special Prosecutor is not a public office for the purposes of Part   II of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
