Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Attorney - General may appoint a person to act as a Special Prosecutor during any period, or during all periods, when a Special Prosecutor is absent from duty or from Australia or is, for any reason, unable to perform the functions of his or her office.
