Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Chief Executive Officer is to be paid such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal, but, if no such determination is in operation, the Chief Executive Officer is to be paid such remuneration as is prescribed.
(3) The Chief Executive Officer is to be paid such allowances as are prescribed.
(4) This section has effect subject to the
Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
