Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThis Act excludes the operation of any law of a State or Territory relating to workers' compensation in so far as that law purports to apply in relation to death of, or an injury suffered by, or loss of, or damage to, property used by, an employee if the death or injury, or the loss or damage, happens after the commencement of this section.
