Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf an amount is paid for the benefit of a dependant of a deceased employee under subsection 29(3) or (4), no other dependant of that employee is entitled to claim compensation under either of those subsections after the day on which that amount is so paid.
