SEAFARERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1992 - SECT 88

  (1)   Application may be made to the ART by a claimant for review of a reviewable decision.

  (2)   Despite section   17 of the ART Act, no person other than the claimant may make an application under subsection   (1).
