Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsDespite section 37, the MRCC or the Chief of the Defence Force as the rehabilitation authority for an employee in relation to a defence - related claim may make arrangements for the provision of a rehabilitation program for the employee by:
(a) an approved program provider; or
(b) a person nominated in writing by the MRCC or the Chief of the Defence Force, being a person the MRCC or Chief of the Defence Force is satisfied has appropriate skills and expertise to design and provide rehabilitation programs.
