Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section has effect for the purposes of the application of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (in this section called the Act ) in relation to a reviewable decision.
(3) Section 57 of the Act has effect as if the reference to places in Australia or an external Territory were a reference to any place, whether within or outside Australia.
(4) Despite section 18 of the Act, an application to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision must be made within 60 days after the claimant is served a notice under section 63 of this Act in relation to the decision.
