SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 - SECT 1036

Mobility allowance not payable at 2 rates

    Mobility allowance at the rate specified in subsection   1044(1) is not payable to a person while mobility allowance at the rate specified in subsection   1044(1A) is payable to the person.
