Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf the Secretary is satisfied that the incorrectness of a statement referred to in section 1061ZZDX that was given to a person who is a party to a financial supplement contract with a participating corporation resulted from false or misleading information given to the Commonwealth about the person, the Secretary may give notice to the person and the corporation stating that he or she is so satisfied and that this Subdivision applies in relation to them.
