Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A departure authorisation certificate in respect of a person must authorise the departure of the person on or before the seventh day after a day specified in the certificate.
(2) The day specified in the certificate must be a day that is
after the day on which the certificate is issued, but not more than 7 days
after that day.
