Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a decision of the Secretary under section 1244, 1247 or 1248.
(2) Despite any provision of Parts 4 and 4A of the
Administration Act, those Parts do not apply in relation to any decision of
the Secretary under this Part.
