SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 123G

    In this Division:

"benefit recipient" means a person who:

  (a)   has made a claim for, or is receiving, a social security payment; or

  (b)   has made a claim for, or is the holder of, a concession card.
