Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf a provision of this Act gives the Secretary power to request a person to give information or produce a document, the power extends to requesting a person:
(a) to give information about matters that arose before 20 March 2000; or
(b) to produce a document that came into existence, or relates to matters that arose, before 20 March 2000.
