SAFE WORK AUSTRALIA ACT 2008 - SECT 34

  (1)   Safe Work Australia must hold such meetings as are necessary for the performance of its functions.

  (2)   The Chair:

  (a)   may convene a meeting at any time; and

  (b)   must convene at least 3 meetings each financial year.
