Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Safe Work Australia may constitute committees for the purpose of assisting it in the performance of its functions.
(2) A committee may be constituted:
(a) wholly by members; or
(b) wholly by persons who are not members; or
(c) partly by members and partly by other persons.
(3) The procedures under which a committee is to operate are to be as determined by Safe Work Australia.
(4) A committee must give Safe Work Australia such reports, documents and information in relation to the committee's functions as Safe Work Australia requests.
