(a) an internet service provider; or
(b) an electronic messaging service provider;
in respect of anything done by the provider in connection with:
(c) an industry code registered under this Part; or
(d) an industry standard;
in so far as the code or standard deals with the procedures referred to in paragraph 113(3)(q).
