Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In determining whether a person has infringed section 24 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 in relation to the supply or provision of customer equipment, regard must be had to whether the customer equipment complies with a standard in force under section 380.
(2) Subsection (1) does not, by implication, limit the matters to which regard may be had.
