Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Act, if a person uses, or proposes to use, a listed carriage service to supply a content service to the public, the person is a content service provider .
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), a content service is supplied to the public if, and only if, at least one end - user of the content service is outside the immediate circle of the supplier of the content service.
