Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The head (however described) of an enforcement agency must retain an authorisation made under Division 4 of Part 4 - 1 by an authorised officer of the enforcement agency for the period of 3 years beginning on the day the authorisation is made.
(2) The Commissioner of Police must retain an authorisation made under Division 4A of Part 4 - 1 by an authorised officer of the Australian Federal Police for the period of 3 years beginning on the day the authorisation is made.
(3) This section does not limit subsection 187N(3).
